Shah Enterprise was initiated by A.S.M Mahbub Rahman and Hasan T. Emdad associated with H.Z Haider on the prime target to indent Poultry based products. After years of successful operation, the company was looking for entering into other potential sectors to indent & the follow up process in import & export business with appropriate associates.

Followed by this vision, Mr. Hasan came with up Mr. Shahed Mustafa with a motive to enter into the formal market as indenter cum supplier. With consent and agreed upon organization structure, they become partners of a newly re-formed company named “Impex Exertion” with a reconstructed company of “Shah Enterprise”. The details of this partnership agreement are described at the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) note.

The basic objectives of the reconstructed company are as followed-
• To start a formal indenting house.
• To locate possibilities of becoming a large trading/merchandizing house with import & export Add-ons.
• To establish registered office at 122/2 H.K. Das Road (5th floor), with a view to establish a corporate office at  convenient biz location.

The marketing, sales & sourcing plans have been defined as following-
• Sourcing principals, suppliers/ traders through Internet, Email & Fax as needed.
• Directly communicating to local buyer (Importer) & place suitable bids on regular basis.
• Maintain a clear track records of work plan, schedule for successful job or work in hand or any potential case.
• Clear, conceptual, prompt & transparent communication to & from Principals/Suppliers & Buyers.
